On September 21, my Dad, Jimmy Powell, Spencer King and I shall be leaving Lands End for a 980 mile bike ride to John O' Groats.  Spencer, being the brains behind the operation, will be in a warm and cosy support vehicle whilst Dad, Jimmy and I will be ambling along on our bikes. I am riding to raise money for the Dorking and District group of the Alzheimer's Society.  The group provided much needed support for my Grandmother.
